CMEG, BUILDERS Ecole d'ingénieurs and Tectoniques have pooled their skills to develop a low-carbon, off-site mixed-use construction project. 

The COMBAC project will run for 36 months, with three objectives:

1. Off-site construction: Integrate new factory services to make facades a single lot managed by a single operator, integrate the company's wood facade expertise (it already has a strong command of concrete facades), simplify on-site assembly (dry process).
2. Decarbonize our current factories by offering façade elements in mixed wood/concrete structures, manufacturing our concretes with non-calcined clay-based cements,
3. Digitize all our industrial activities with an adapted workflow, from quotation to delivery.

This project is supported by ADEME to the tune of nearly 1 M(E) out of a total budget of 3.7 M(E).
